The personal information we collect

This is a marketing website for our consultancy services. The only personal information we collect through it is what you choose to give us:

  • If you use the contact form: your name, email address, company name (optional) and the content of your message.
  • If you email or call us: your contact details and the content of our correspondence.

We do not collect any other personal information through this site, and we do not use it to build profiles of visitors.

Why we collect it and our lawful basis

We use your enquiry details to respond to you and, where relevant, to discuss how we might work together. Under UK GDPR, our lawful basis for this is legitimate interests: responding to people who have asked to hear from us.

Who we share it with

We do not sell or trade personal information. Two service providers process limited data on our behalf:

  • Twilio SendGrid delivers contact form submissions to our inbox as email.
  • PostHog (hosted in the EU) provides anonymous website usage statistics. It runs without cookies and does not store anything on your device or identify individual visitors.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as it is relevant to an active or potential engagement, and review and delete correspondence that is no longer needed.

How we store it

Enquiries are held in our business email system, which is access-controlled and encrypted in transit and at rest.

Your data protection rights

You have the right to request access to, correction of, or erasure of your personal information, to object to or restrict our processing of it, and to data portability. To make a request, email info@divisor.business. We will respond within one month.
